To proclaim the healing power of Jesus Christ through teaching, recovery, discipleship, and authentic relationship—reaching the hurting, the broken, and the bound with the message that redemption is possible and restoration is promised.

Our Calling

We founded JAM Ministry with one mission: to lead others into lasting freedom through the

truth of Jesus Christ. Everything we do—whether it’s speaking, writing, coaching, or teaching—is

about helping people get unstuck, break strongholds, and live boldly in their God-given identity.

Michelle Robinson is a luminary in business, media, and personal development. She is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Shine Magazine, a host and co-producer of "SHINE with Michelle," and a successful business entrepreneur, author, and producer. Her books, such as "God Crazy" and

"Overcoming the Seven Deadly Emotions," demonstrate her profound understanding of human nature and the power of healing. Michelle's leadership as a managing partner and CMO has shaped the trajectory of companies for over 25 years. With her upcoming book "SHINE Like a BOSS," she continues to inspire individuals to harness their leadership potential.

James Halverson

James is a builder in every sense of the word—of businesses, structures, families, and men. With a professional background in construction, leadership, and finance, and a deeply personal journey of recovery and redemption, James now serves as President of Next Step Recovery and co-leads JAM Ministry alongside his wife, Michelle. He is also the author of Awakened: Embracing the Power of “I Don’t Know,” a reflective and bold exploration of healing and identity through surrender. His passion is helping men rise above addiction, trauma, and spiritual confusion to become leaders in their homes and communities.

Michelle Halverson

Michelle is a speaker, author, strategist, and media producer with a legacy of launching faith- based movements, mentoring leaders, and empowering women to reclaim their identity after trauma. With over 25 years in ministry, entrepreneurship, and broadcast, she brings vision and spiritual fire to everything she touches. Michelle leads the Live, Laugh, Love Again program for women healing from divorce and is the State Director of She Leads Texas. She’s a voice for the broken and a guide for the healing.

Together, we carry a burden for those who have been left behind by religion, isolated by shame, or forgotten in their pain.
